At Avanti, we want you to love your home; if your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and unused condition to ensure a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original boxes and include all hardware and instruction manuals to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
